So on my 27th day from my procedure I have lost a total of 25lbs!!! I have focused on my meals and have been drinking plenty of water. I walk quite a bit at work and I'm thinking that's one of the reason I am dropping weight so fast. My Meal Plan: Breakfast - 1 egg & 1/2 Skim Milk, Lunch - 3 to 4 cubes of already grilled chicken warmed up in the microwave with green beans, Dinner - 3 to 4 cubes of chicken with a veggie. I am still drinking 2 shakes a day, time when I am my hungriest through out the day. This has not been a easy process, sometimes I grave some of my favorite foods... When this happens I go to the kitchen a get myself a nice cold cup of water. I am willing to due the time to meet my goal in pounds.

20 days later
I was locked out of my account and finally able to get back in. So 20 days later and I have lost 21 pounds! The last almost 3 weeks have not been easy on this liquid and protein shake diet. I am now getting use to the shakes and I am able to go out to dinner with people and not feel like I have to eat the food, I will take a shake with me in the restaurant just in case. So as of today my meal plan consist of: Morning - 1 egg and half of cup of skim milk, Lunch - Shake and Water, Dinner - Shake and cup of jello. Water is the big focus, you can easily get full from the shakes and forget to drink the water, but try not to cause water is very important to the success of the lapband. I had my one week check up and my dr said everything was looking could, I go back in about 3 weeks to have my band filled. On this When I go to have my band filled that will also be the time where I can go back to eating regular food and no more liquid calories. So that will be a all other chapter.

Two days later
So I am home recovering from my lapband surgery. Let me start by saying it was a long day in the hospital on Wednseday. I couldn't stay awake to talk or take any test. So I didn't leave the hospital till 9:30 at night. The first day home, I was in pain and I'm still walking slow. I have 5 incisions and now my stomach is bruised. I have been sleeping at a incline cause that works best for my stomach.
Today I am trying very hard to drink my protein shakes, I'm still tired and trying to get my stomach to adjust. So two days hasn't been that easy. I've been up and down with hungry pains.
That's about all I can write today.
